We Guarantee ALL of our products to be 100% free of any factory defects and to be in 100% working order when you receive the product. We perform Quality Inspection on ALL of our products. However, we are only human…so…if we DO make a mistake and miss something, PLEASE notify us as soon as possible within the first 30 days if you receive a Defective Product. Per our 3-year warranty, the first 30 days are covered by an Unconditional Money Back or Replacement Guarantee from the date of purchase. If your product becomes damaged in shipment or is found to be defective in any way during this period, we will replace or issue a complete refund for your product within 48 hours upon receiving it back at our warehouse, with the return shipping paid by us. This 30 Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee is valid only in the United States & Canada. If you purchase any X-Tronic product and ship it to a destination outside of the United States or Canada, this guarantee becomes null & void.

If you accidentally purchase the wrong product, or have buyer's remorse, and decide that you do not want the product, it must be returned NEW & UNUSED in the original box and the buyer will pay the return shipping. PLEASE NOTE there will be 10% Restocking Fee, and original shipping costs (if applicable) will not be refunded. Used Product CANNOT be returned without our permission, and any refunds will be subject to our discretion.
