• POWERED BY A BRUSHLESS VORTEX FAN: The Hot Air Gun is powered by a Brushless Vortex Fan Hot Air Delivery System. This New Hot Air System will deliver up to 120 L/M (Litres Per Minute) of Air, has a Temperature Range of 100°C - 500°C/212°F - 932°F, a Temperature Stability of ±3.6°F/2.0°C and it has a 50" Very Pliable Cord with Virtually No Memory so it will not "Kink Up" when using it.
• PATENTED "QUICK CHANGE" NOZZLE RACK: With this Patented Nozzle Rack you can easily change the Nozzles on your Hot Air Gun without waiting for them to Cool Down and you also don't even have to touch them. • HOT AIR COOL DOWN & STANDBY FEATURE: The Auto Cool Down & Stand By Feature will Start when you place the Hot Air Gun in the Side Holder while it is running, which is a Great Safety Feature. The Auto Cool Down will Initiate and the Hot Air Gun will go into the "Stand By" Mode. When the hot air gun is not in use always place it back in this holder. When you do this the hot air gun will continue blowing air until the temperature gets back down to 100°C (Auto Cool Down) and then the airflow will stop and the Hot Air Gun will then be in the "Stand By" Mode. When the hot air gun is removed again from the holder it will start blowing air and ramp back up to the programmed temperature again in Less than 10 Seconds and you can continue your work.
• DUAL "BRIGHT WHITE" LED TEMPERATURE AND AIR FLOW DISPLAY: The Model 6020-PRO-X Display Screen shows both the Temperature and the the Air Speed of the Hot Air Gun on the LED Display. It also shows any changes made to the Programming of the Unit while you are making them.
• TEMPERATURE CALIBRATION FEATURE: This product comes from the factory Totally Calibrated to within ±3.6°F/2.0°C of the temperature shown on the Display Screen. There is a Temperature Calibration Function (± 99°C) to calibrate the Hot Air Gun programmed into this product, but you should never have to use this function unless the heating element fractures or burns out and you have to replace it, which does not happen very often. If you every have to replace the heating element in the hot air gun, you will want to use an Infrared Temperature Thermometer Gun and aim it at a point that is 3 Inches away from the tip of the gun "without" a nozzle attached to it to calibrate the temperature.
• 3 MEMORY SET BUTTON FEATURE: There are 3 Memory Function Buttons (CH1, CH2, & CH3) on the Right Side of the Display Screen on the 6020-PRO-X. You use these when you set the Temperature and Air Speed and wish to "Mark" those exact readings and, of course, you can "Mark" three different temperature/air speed settings with these 3 Memory Set Buttons.

Below are Photos, Explanations and Specifications of all of the Features and Parts of the X-Tronic 6020-PRO-X.

Included with the X-Tronic 6020-PRO-X Complete Kit is the 750 Watt Main Power Unit and a Hot Air Gun powered by a Brushless Vortext Fan with an Auto Cool Down/Standby Feature (for Safety). The Auto Cool Down/Standby Feature Starts Automatically when placed in the Side Holder. There is also a Patented Hot Air Nozzle Holder Attached to the Side of the Unit that holds the 5 Sizes of Hot Air Nozzles (3 Straight & 2 Spiral/Cyclone). A Solder Sucker Pen, a Stainless Steel Pinpoint Tweezers and a Roll of X-Tronic Wick are also Included (all shown in the 1st photo above). The ON/OFF Switch is located on the Bottom Right of the Power Unit, the 7 Pin Plug Receptacle where you Plug In the Hot Air Gun's Cord is in on the Lower Left and there is a Replaceable Fuse located on the Back of the Unit.

We used Highly Visible White LED's for the Display Screen on our 6020-PRO-X (shown in the 2nd photo above) and you will be Pleasantly Surprised on how Easy it is to read the Numbers and Symbols on the Display. The Top LED Shows the Temperature of the Hot Air Gun and the Bottom LED Shows the Air Volume/Speed that you set for the Hot Air Gun. The Knob below the Display Screen Controls the Air Volume/Speed of the Hot Air Gun and the UP & DOWN Buttons on the Bottom of the Display Screen Control the Temperature of the Hot Air Gun plus they are also used to Program the C/F Conversion Function. The 3 "Square" Buttons to the Right of the Display Screen are used for 3 Preset Temperature and Air Volume/Speeds plus they are also used to Program the Calibration & Mute/Unmute Sound Features.

The Hot Air Gun (shown in the 1st photo above) that comes with this unit has a Brushless Vortex Fan Motor in it that is controlled by the Air Speed Knob along with a Heavy Duty Heating Element and has a Temperature Range of 100°C - 500°C/212°F - 932°F with a Temperature Stability of ±3.6°F/2.0°C and an Air Volume of 100L/M. The Noise Level is Less Than 45 db.

5 Different Sizes/Styles of Patented Hot Air (Snap Fit) Nozzles come with this unit (shown in the 2nd photo above). There are 3 Straight Nozzles (5 mm, 7 mm & 10 mm) and 2 Spiral/Cyclone Nozzles (8 mm & 10 mm). The Straight Nozzles are normally used for components that needs to be quickly disassembled and the Spiral/Cyclone Nozzles are normally used to disassemble fragile equipment components. These Hot Air Nozzles can be "Stored" very nicely in the Patented "Quick Change" Nozzle Rack located on the Left Side of the Unit. You will read more about this Nozzle Rack below, but note that you do not even have to touch the Hot Air Gun when you change from one nozzle to another so you don't have to let them cool down before you change them.

The Hot Air Gun Holder Holder is located on the Right Side of the Main Power Unit shown in the 1st photo above. When you are using the Hot Air Gun (at any temperature) and place it in this holder, the temperature will automatically ramp down to 100°C (Auto Cool Down), the Air will stop blowing and it will then be in the "Stand By" Mode. When you take the Hot Air Gun out of this holder, it will ramp back up to the temperature and air speed that you were previously using in less than 10 seconds. This is a built in Safety Feature and will also extend the life of the blower motor and the heating element in the Hot Air Gun.

You will Not Believe This! Our Patented "Quick Change" Nozzle Rack (shown in the first photo above) is made so you can easily change Nozzles on your Hot Air Gun without waiting for them to Cool Down and you also don't even have to touch them. For your Convenience we have added a Soldering Sucker De-soldering Pump included with this Complete Package (shown in the 1st photo above). This Tool has a Good Bit of Suction and its Simple Design allows Easy One Handed Use with its Compact and Light Weight Design.

The 2nd photo above shows the Precision Tweezers that also comes with this Unit. These Pinpoint Tweezers are made of Stainless Steel that is Anti-Static with a Non-Magnetic Baked on Paint used on the Surface which is Resistant to most Acids and other Corrosive Substances.

We have also included a Roll of X-Tronic Wick for removing molten solder quickly and easily (shown in the 3rd photo above). The Width is 2.0mm and the Length is 1.5 meters. As you all know, this will come in Handy on most all of your soldering jobs.
